CT coronary angiography

 CT coronary angiography를 시행하여    coronary atery의 narrowing 뿐만 아니라

1. ejection fraction, wall motion과 같은 functional data

2. viability

3. hard and soft plaque quantification

4. perfusion study등을

거의   3~5 mSv의 dose로 할 수 있다.

 Iterative image는 위의 장점이 있어서 모든 vender 에서 사용한다

 2nd generation DSCT는 one cardiac beat동안에 검사를 끝낼 수 있다.

 CT coronary angio는 거의 100%의 negative predictive value가 있다.

 Plaque image가 가능하여 plaque burden을 알 수 있는 유일한 검사법이며

 iodine map을 사용하여 거의 정확한 perfusion map을 구할 수 있고

 delayed iodine map을 얻으면 viability도 알 수 있다.

stress, rest iodine map을 구하여 거의 SPECT를 대체할 수 있다.
