CT and MR of thyroid, Tg 상승시

 CT나 MR를 찍어서 봐야 하는 것들, 곧 의심되는 적응증

 특징적으로 cystic하고 Tg에 의해서 CT나 MR에서 high density & signal

 US는 deep portion이 안보인다. CT contrast는 나중에 I-131방해, Tg때문에 MR에서 제법 잘 보인다. 특히 retropharyngeal ( internal carotid medial portion), parapharyngeal region, mediastinum을 잘 봐야 한다.

retropharyngeal LN는 carotid medial portion에 있다.
