small bowel obstruction의 정의
high grade와 low grade의 정의
small bowel fecal sign은 obstruction 의미함. 하지만 obstruction없이 delayed transit만 있어도 보인다.
closed loop obstruction을 의심할 수 있는 경우. transitional point가 두개 있으면서 bowel loop이 retroperitoneum쪽으로 tethering back되어 있을 경우
