crohn이나 UC에서 보이는 inflammatory polyp임. 주변 bowel wall thickening이 있음.
polyp자체는 hamartoma이지만 cancer를 동반하는 경우가 흔함.
Ectopic pancreas tissue in jejunum
ectopic pancreas in duodenum, 정상 pancreas와 똑같이 생겼음.
small bowel adenoca with multiple liver metastasis
small bowel adenoca는 perforation을 동반하는 경우가 매우 드물다. 따라서 perforation이 있으면 lymphoma나 diverticulitis를 생각해야... 이 증례는 diverticulitis
multiple colon mass면 polyposis, carcinoid, metastatic melanoma를 생각해라. 이건 carcinoid
mesenteric metastasis of carcinoid, calcification이 있고 fibrosis가 동반되어 잡아 끌었당
균질하면 lymphoma, 비균질하면 metastasis (이 증례는 melanoma)
duodenum의 marked wall thickening은 submucosal hemorrhage임.
ileum wall thickening + low density LNs --> TB
