fetal tumor

진짜 fetal tumor는  흔치 않다. 주로는 teratoma, lymphangioma, hemangioma이며 이들은 머리에서 발끝까지 어디에나 생길 수 있다. 

4만여명의 fetus중 tumor는 84개 였고 ( bronchopulmonary malformation이 88개로 tumor보다 많다. ) 이중 82개는 양성, heart에 1/4, head & neck에 1/4 abdomen에 1/4나머지는 sacrococcygeal teratoma이다. 

malignant tumor는 드물며 대부분 neuroblastoma, nephroblastoma, hepatoblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma등 이다. 

lymphagioma는 어디든 생길 수 있다.

 brain tumor중에서는 choroid plexus papiloma가 특히 예후가 좋으며

 adrenal neuroblastoma는 특별한 치료없이도 좋아지는 경우가 흔하고

신장에서는 Wilms' tumor보다 nephroblastoma가 더 흔하며

심장에 rhabdomyoma가 잘 생기는데 tuberous sclerosis와 연관이 있는 경우가 흔하다

abdominal tumorous lesion중에 가장 흔한 것은 ovarian cyst이고

간에는 hemangioma, hamartoma, hepatoblastoma가 생긴다. Hemangioma의 경우에 heart failure나 Kasabach Merrit syndrome을 유의해야 한다
