 mammography에서 약 70~80%만 detection되고 뒤로 볼때 이중 10%정도는 안보이고 20%정도는 찾을수 있다.

 올해 못찾으면 내년에 찾으면 된다는 마음으로 focal asymmetric density를 FU하고 필요하면 초음파를 같이 한다.

 한마디로 말해서 coronary MRA는 무지 복잡하고 성적도 CTA보다는 좋지 않다. 특히 LCx를 보는데 나쁘다. 그러나 calcifcation에 영향을 받지 않으므로 heavily calcified coronary artery를 보는데는 CTA보다 유리한 면이 있다.

  CTA는 dense calcification때문에 angiography의 해석에 문제가 있다. MRA는 calcification에 관계없이 잘 보인다

 엄청 복잡하다. respitatory gating을 하는데 diaphragm의 위치로 아주 적은 범위에서 횡경막이 그 위치에 왔을 경우에만 스캔을 한다. 나머지 워크스테이션에서 보이는 뷰는 거의 같다고 보면 된다.

 blooming artifact로 narrowing을 over estimation하는 경향이 있다

groin pain = hip pain + symphysis (1.osteitis pubis 2. adductor tear 3. rectus abdominis tear)

 bump and hump에 의하여 acetabulofemoral impingement가 있는 경우

symphysis pubis의 sclerotic change는 gracilis가 땡겨서 생기는 정상적인 소견임. bone scan에서 bone uptake이 증가하면 osteitis pubis

 Gluteus minimus는 vastus lateralis와 연결된다.

 Gluteus minimus와 vastus lateralis와는 근육끼리는 붙어 있지만 뼈하고는 떨어져 있다
